PREPARATION

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.

Brown the minced meat in some oil. Add the taco seasoning mix and water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Put the corn chips in an ovenproof dish. Spread the meat and the jalapeños over the chips and sprinkle with the grated cheese and the feta cheese. Bake the chips 5 minutes in the oven, or until the cheese has melted.

Serve the chips with sour cream and tacosauce. Guacamole goes really well with this!
