Mango coconut drink
- 250 ml Amaizin coconut milk
- 2 fresh, ripe peeled mago’s, seed cut off or 250 ml canned mango puree
- juice of ½ lime
- mint leaves
Put the mango’s, lime juice and coconut milk into a blender until smooth.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Serve in glasses with a mint leave on top.
