Mango coconut drink

INGREDIENTS
Serves 2

  • 250 ml Amaizin coconut milk
  • 2 fresh, ripe peeled mago’s, seed cut off or 250 ml canned mango puree
  • juice of ½ lime
  • mint leaves

PREPARATION
Put the mango’s, lime juice and coconut milk into a blender until smooth.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Serve in glasses with a mint leave on top.
