Mexican Tortilla wraps
Simmer the onion in half of the oil. Add the black beans, tomato paste and fajita seasoning mix. Heat for 5 minutes and mash with the remaining olive oil. Add pepper and salt to taste.
Prepare the wraps according to the instructions. Place the bean mix on the wraps. Cover with feta ½ a tablespoon sour cream per wrap.
Serve together with guacamole.
