Thai fish with coconut milk

INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
- 500 g fillet of salmon, codfish, sea bass or another fish
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 sachet Amaizin Thai green curry paste
- 400 ml Amaizin coconut milk
- 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp roasted and salted peanuts, chopped
- Fresh (Thai) basil and/or coriander
- 200 g Amaizin brown basmati rice
PREPARATION
Cut the fish into chunks.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the Amaizin Thai green curry paste. Add the coconut milk and stir. Add the fish, water and fish sauce. Simmer until the fish is cooked.
Cook the rice according to instructions.
Add the peanuts and fresh herbs to the curry.
Serve with the rice.
