Thai fish with coconut milk


Serves 4

  • 400 ml Amaizin coconut milk
  • 500 g salmon, cod or redfish fillet, or other seafish
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 sachet Amaizin Thai green curry paste
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons roasted, chopped peanuts
  • Fresh (Thai) basil or coriander leaves


Cut the fish into pieces.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the curry paste. Add the coconut milk and stir until a homogeneous souce is formed. Add the fish, water and fisch sauce. Simmer until the fish is cooked.

Add the peanuts and serve garnished with the basil or coriander.

Serve with rice.
