Tikka Masala chicken curry

Amaizin organic recipe tikka masala with green beans


Serves 4

  • 1 sachet Amaizin Tikka Masala curry paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cans (800 ml) Amaizin coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 400 g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 100 g green beans
  • salt


Fry the curry paste in the oil. Add 1 can of coconut milk, bring to the boil and reduce it. Add the fish sauce, the chicken and the potatoes.

Add the other can of coconut milk and bring to the boil. If chicken and potatoes are not covered with coconut milk, add some chicken stock.

Add the sugar, curry powder, onion, green beans and some salt and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Serve with rice.
