Wraps with salsa


  • 6 Amaizin tortilla wraps
  • 1 can drained corn
  • 1 can drained Amaizin kidney beans
  • 1 finely cut paprika
  • 1 finely cut shallot
  • ½ deseeded and finely cut chilli pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • finely cut mint
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper
  • A handful of sunflower seeds

Put all the Ingredients, except the sunflower seeds, in a bowl. Mix well and put in the fridge for at least one hour. Roast the sunflower seeds. Prepare the wraps as per instructions. Take the salsa out of the fridge and mix with the sunflower seeds. Scoop the salsa on the wraps and fold them double.
Serve with rice.
